Jessica Y Hernandez, LLC & Beauty+Online do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items, courses, digital downloads, webinars, memberships or subscriptions sold on any of our online platforms and websites.

NO REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION OR MEMBERSHIP. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle. Each

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription or membership at any time. Please note the you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next months subscription or membership fee.  If you cancel your subscription or membership, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current monthly billing cycle.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS RETURN POLICY

Our digital products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. Your digital download may arrive in a separate email sent directly to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access.

MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Digital Downloads, courses and product purchases are not refundable or returnable after purchase.

Subscriptions and memberships can be discontinued and cancelled by the user at any time, however there will be no refunds. Your election to discontinue your membership or subscription will take affect for the following billing period, provided that your election is received by us before the cancellation deadline stated in the membership agreement. If you elect to discontinue your subscription or members, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Access to the membership or subscription service, and its contents ends upon cancellation.

If the user does not utilize the purchase, service, subscription, course, or membership during that time, there are no refunds. Failing to cancel the purchase, service, subscription, course, or membership, there will be no refunds issued. Failing to cancel the service or membership before the next month renews also does not authorize a refund. Cancellations will discontinue the charges for the next billing period, but will not make refunds possible.
